Uses: From jams and jelly to a range of desserts this powder is a plant-based alternative to all your gelatin needs.
This powder can be substituted for gelatin in a 1:1 ratio. The gel strength ranges from 500-725 gcm. In most recipes it requires being added to a liquid and being brought to a boil for about 2 minutes before setting to cool.
Storage: Refrigeration not required. Store in cool, dark, dry place.
