Description
Organically grown and hand harvested in Coombsville, Napa Valley. The teas are hand-picked to retain their whole leaves and flowers, and immediately placed in a low-temperature drying room to preserve freshness and vivacity.
Season: Spring and Summer harvest.
Benefits: Aids digestion, strengthens the immune system and suppresses the common cold, flu and allergies.
How to Prepare: Add a few leaves or flowers to teapot. Heat water to 180 – 210°F. Pour a small amount of water over the leaves or flowers to wash. Immediately drain water. Experience the fresh aroma. Refill teapot with the hot water. Brew for one minute. Decant into cup. We suggest using glass teaware for the best flavors. Drain all of the water off the leaves and remove the lid to prevent steaming.
Each bag can make 8-10 pots of tea, each pot can be reinfused 1 – 2 times.
