This beautiful chile originates from the Tesuque Pueblo outside of Santa Fe, New Mexico, where it has been cultivated for over 300 years. A truly special pepper, Springs Fireplace was gifted the seeds and are the only farm growing this pepper on the East Coast.
This slow burn sauce goes great on everything from breakfast eggs to roast chicken, tacos, and leftovers! It is also an excellent meat marinade or for anything that needs a little tang and a little heat.
