Directions: Using wire mesh filters, like with a French press or espresso, maximizes this roast; however, those watching their cholesterol should use a paper filter. One 12 oz bag = about 25-30 8 oz cups of coffee.
Storage: Store coffee beans in an airtight container away from light, heat, and moisture.
