Description
What’s special about this matcha is that it’s grown in a really special way: a single farm provided 100% of the matcha in this tin, and the necessary shade is provided by solar panels that generate power for nearby cities. Plus, it’s pesticide free and only uses organic food scraps as organic fertilizer that is produced by the local community to maintain a closed-loop system.
How to use it: Use a bamboo whisk to vigorously blend matcha with water and/or a splash of milk (we prefer unsweetened, organic almond milk)
Hot:
- Warm 8 oz of water to 180°
- Sift a ½ tsp over 1.5 oz warm water in a mug or bowl and whisk well
- Pour remaining water into matcha concentrate
- Enjoy!
Cold:
- Grab your favorite travel bottle or mason jar + lid
- Scoop a heaping ½ tsp into your bottle
- Add water and ice
- Shake up and enjoy!
