Yemetz Farmily Orchards is a third-generation family farm. They are certified organic, certified Kosher, and employ regenerative practices to ensure soil and environmental health for future generations.

They offer two varieties of raw almonds. Nonpareil is the most well-known and is sweet and mild flavored with a smooth skin. Shasta is a newer, self-pollinating variety with a slightly larger and elongated shape and slightly wrinkled skin. It has a nuttier flavor.

They also offer two type of roasted almond butters. Natural (with skin) has a robust almond flavor. Skinless is milder and creamier and suitable for more restrictive diets as all lectins have been removed with the skin. These almond butters are especially unique because they are pure – with no additives or preservatives of any kind!
