“Root and Splendor was born on our homestead outside San Diego, where our family of six sought a slower, simpler, and more intentional life. Surrounded by muddy feet, chickens, and dreams of alpacas, we returned to our roots—and in doing so, discovered the need for truly safe, effective home and body care products.

What began as a personal mission to ditch toxins and create products we could trust has grown into a purpose-driven brand. We work with chemists and scientists to ensure everything we make is not only natural but genuinely safe, clean, and powerfully effective. Our ultra-concentrated laundry products are crafted with plant-based ingredients, enzyme-rich formulas, pure essential oils, and no added water—packed with purpose, not fillers.
